The prices listed are per person, per week.
Payment of a deposit of up to 2 weeks’ rent is required at the time of applying for accommodation. The deposit will become your first 2 weeks’ rent once you move-in.
A bond payment equivalent to 4 weeks’ rent is required.
You can make payments by Direct Debit, card or bank transfer. However, card payments will incur surcharge.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing at least 30 days prior to the start of the tenancy agreement date.

There are two pharmacies very close to the apartment. One is Adelaide Discount Pharmacy and the other is Centre Pharmacy.
If you're running low on groceries, there's a few options. You can visit the closest Coles or IGA markets which are close to the property.
