Booking can be done securely through the online website. You will have to complete a direct debit form with UniLodge and rent will be deducted fortnightly from your account.
On receiving the rental offer, two week's advance rent needs to be paid for any additional service options that you choose.
A bond equivalent to 4 weeks’ rent needs to be paid.
No application fees are required but a non-compulsory fee worth A$240 can be paid as cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy

No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 72 hours from the time of booking.
