Gurgaon, now officially known as Gurgaon, is a city located in the Indian state of Haryana, situated near the Delhi-Haryana border. It offers great connectivity to Delhi as it is just 30 kilometres southwest of the national capital New Delhi. During the last 5 years, this city has been able to grow by leaps and bounds and has become the corporate hub of our country. Considering the rapid development of the city and the growing population and pollution in the capital region, people have started migrating to other regions of NCR. Many students are also living in Gurgaon as it offers them well-furnished student pg and student hostel to stay comfortably in the city.

But before you start looking for a student accommodation Gurgaon, let us tell you which are the best areas in Gurgaon where you can look for accommodation.

DLF Phases 1-5

DLF phases are considered as one of the best places to live in Gurgaon as they have got everything you need in a real estate. For working professionals, there are several MNC headquarters located in DLF. They offer great connectivity to Delhi as you can find rapid metro rail at a walking distance. The residential areas are clean, safe, well-developed, and peaceful. There are also some malls like Sahara Mall, DLF Pinnacle, Metropolitan Mall, etc. located near these phases.

South City 1 and 2

No matter whether you’re a family man or a student, South City is another good place to live in Gurgaon. Here you can find huge villas, segmented group of houses, big apartments, and plenty more. Students will find this area more attractive as they can rent anything from fully-furnished student apartments to studios and student pg depending on their budget and lifestyle preferences.

The surrounding area included parks, shopping malls, markets, hospitals and more. The best thing about living here is that this place has a prime focus on offering an eco-friendly environment to its residents.

Sector-49, Sohna Road

On the third place, we have Sector-49, Sohna Road which is also a good place to live and is known for its fully-furnished residential apartments. You can also find many luxurious flats in this sector as it has the most extensive residential flats in the entire Gurgaon.

The area is also well-connected with all kinds of public transportation, which makes travelling more convenient. There are many schools, top institutes, shopping malls, company offices, and markets located near this residential area.

Sector-82

If you’re looking for a place to live in Gurgaon but are low on budget. Don’t worry? Gurgaon Sector-82 is there for your rescue. This is quite a popular residential area where you can easily find plenty of well-maintained residential buildings ranging from low rise to high rise apartments.

It is one of the cheapest areas to live in with several IT companies, and good universities are established in this area. The area offers good transport connectivity with both the metro station and IGI Airport located nearby.

Sector 23

Sector 23 is one of the oldest and most areas to live in Millenium city. The area is well-developed and has become one of the famous areas of Gurgaon, thanks to the presence of commercial hubs and high-end security. There are many student hostel and student pg available for you to rent at a quite reasonable cost as compared to the newly established localities of Gurgaon.

While living in these aforementioned areas, students can have a merry time in Gurgaon along with studying in one of the colleges in Gurgaon. There are several boys hostel in Gurgaon which offer well-furnished living spaces along with various amenities.
