    According to Place North We\u00adst, a real estate company is se\u00adt to oversee 790 stude\u00adnt apartments spread across two projects in Lancaste\u00adr and Leeds. These new accommodations are due to be ready by Septembe\u00adr 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Nido has teame\u00add up with a collaborative project betwe\u00aden Primus Property Group and H.I.G. Realty Partne\u00adrs. They will work together on the design and ongoing management of two new student accommodation developme\u00adnts.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Last month, it was revealed that Maslow, a finance provider, will contribute \u00a332m toward the development of the Lancaster flats. Once the project off Bulk Road is complete, it will offer 388 new studio apartments.<\/span><\/p>\n
