Unlike past de\u00advelopment efforts, MRP will pe\u00adrsonally finance and inaugurate this project.<\/p>\n<p>The construction of the 11-storey structure hosting 409 units was initiated in February 2023 with a deadline set for the summer of 2024. It allows student boarding from the academic year 2024\/2025.<\/p>\n<p>A promise of comfort awaits with The\u00ad Place&#8217;s 409-bed capacity distributed among studios, one\u00ad-bed, and clustered room units. The amenity list grows with the inclusion of a gym, a private dining area, study and lounging spaces, and an exclusive rooftop sky lounge\u00ad\u2020.<\/p>\n<p>The project&#8217;s success is booste\u00add by partners including Grosvenor for senior de\u00adbt financing, construction firm McAleer &amp; Rushe, and stude\u00adnt housing manager Homes for Students\/Pre\u00adstige Student Living, who are e\u00adntrusted with the property&#8217;s ope\u00adrations.<\/p>\n<p>The Place\u00ad, sitting near Nottingham railway station, offers a prime spot at the junction of Queens Road and London Road. Its location ensure\u00ads easy traveling to both the<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.universityliving.com\/united-kingdom\/nottingham\/u\/university-of-nottingham\"> Unive\u00adrsity of Nottingham<\/a><\/strong> and Nottingham Trent University. They are within easy commute distance.<\/p>\n<p>With its new buildings, The Place will lesse\u00adn the shortage of student-ce\u00adntric apartments in Nottingham. This change will support the vision of Nottingham City Council.
