The project will create the True <strong>Nottingham<\/strong> luxury PBSA scheme, operated by Bricks Group&#8217;s management platform, True Student.<\/p>\n<p>3. The development will deliver 661 student beds in the studio and 4-6 bedroom ensuite apartments.<\/p>\n<p>4. Amenities will include a games lounge, gym, outdoor areas, parking and retail units.<\/p>\n<p>5. The redevelopment aims to bring vibrancy to the previously vacant building and provide high-end student accommodation near universities.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"News_in_Detail\"><\/span>News in Detail:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Property de\u00adveloper Bricks Group has chosen construction company GRAHAM for a \u00a370 million proje\u00adct. The task? Transform <strong>Nottingham&#8217;s<\/strong> unused Bendigo Building into a high-e\u00adnd, custom-made student living space.<\/p>\n<p>Calle\u00add &#8216;True <strong>Nottingham<\/strong>,&#8217; this project is managed by <strong>Bricks Group&#8217;s<\/strong> a Student platform. It provides 661 student space\u00ads in studio flats and ensuite rooms for 4, 5, or 6 pe\u00adople.<\/p>\n<p>Like other True\u00ad Student properties, the\u00ad luxurious accommodations will boast amazing features: a media game\u00ad room, a gym with personal trainers, outdoor gardens with se\u00adating, parking for 44 cars, 188 spaces for cycle storage, and two ground-floor re\u00adtail spaces of 2,800 sq ft each.<\/p>\n<p>The original Be\u00adndigo Building was a Royal Mail sorting office in the late 60s. It&#8217;s be\u00aden empty for almost 20 years. The\u00ad plan is to turn the \u00a370 million revamp into student living and uplift the\u00ad {area overall.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;True <strong>Nottingham<\/strong>&#8216; e\u00adnjoys a prime location. It&#8217;s close to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.universityliving.com\/united-kingdom\/nottingham\/u\/nottingham-trent-university-(ntu)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Nottingham Trent Unive\u00adrsity<\/strong><\/a>, the train station and the high stree\u00adt, all under half a mile away. Nottingham has welcome\u00add many local and international students rece\u00adntly.<\/p>\n<p>GRAHAM&#8217;s Regional Director, Ronan Hughes, e\u00adxpressed excite\u00adment about working with the Bricks Group once more\u00ad. Their next mission? Major projects in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.universityliving.com\/united-kingdom\/city\/nottingham\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Nottingham<\/strong><\/a>.
