The prices listed are per person, per month.
Students need to pay a licence fee of €100.
Students need to pay a weekly utility fee of €12.55. However, for a 38-week booking, the utility fee of €467.90 is required in full with the 1st rent instalment.
Rent can either be paid in instalments (8 payments) with an Ireland or International guarantor or in full without an Ireland or International guarantor.

Cancellation Policy

1.No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You cannot cancel your booking once you have the electronic acceptance of the Licence.
