About the property

Located close to various universities, living at Jennens Court will help you make the most of your student life. You can roll out of bed and make it in time for your early morning classes since the Birmingham City University is only an 8-minutes’ walk away. Even Aston University takes 6-minutes to reach on foot while the University of Birmingham takes about 36-minutes by bus.

The area is well-connected by public transport which puts you close to the train, bus and road networks. The nearest bus stop is just a hop and skip away from the residence, making it easy for new students to travel around the city. Birmingham Moor Street Train Station is also an 8-minutes’ walk on foot so you can explore your surroundings during your spare time.

Students can choose to stay in an en-suite room which has a shared kitchen and living area. Those who prefer to live independently can opt for a studio instead. When you need some company, head over to the common room where you can watch TV or play games with fellow students.

You can organise movie screenings with your friends when you’re in the mood to stay in. Use the microwave to make whip up some delicious popcorn while you choose a film. You don’t even need to worry about spilling food on your clothes – the accommodation offers laundry facilities onsite, thereby saving you the trouble of looking for a Laundromat elsewhere.
