Payment Info

  1. The prices listed are per person, per week.
  2. Rent can be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfers.
  3. The rent can be paid either in four or nine instalments with a UK guarantor or in full without one.
  4.  A security deposit of £200 for the studio and £150 for ensuite rooms must be paid in advance to make a booking.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 7 days after signing your AST if booking prior to 1st August. After this, you have 24 hours to cancel your booking after signing your AST up to 30th September.
