Cancellation Policy
- 1. No Visa No Pay. Proof should be submitted within 72 hours of receiving official confirmation.
2. No Place No Pay. Proof should be submitted within 72 hours of receiving official confirmation.
3. Notify your intention to cancel prior to 1 August or 28 days before your Tenancy Start Date if it is in any month other than September but more than 7 days after the payment of your Booking Fee.
4. Notify your intention to cancel within 7 days of payment of your Booking Fee.
