About the property
Located in the city of Cambridge, The Cam Foundry is a new student accommodation that will open in September 2018. With the Cambridge University colleges in close proximity and the city centre just half an hour away, the students will be able to delve right into their studies and pay equal concentration on building their social lives as well.
This close-knit residence not only offers swift commute so that you are never late to your classes but also is connected to the entire country via Cambridge Train Station which is less than a 20-minutes’ walk away. This is a great place for those who are looking for long weekend getaways when they need some time for exploring the rest of the country.
The rooms have designed specifically to give out a homey warmth to the students who are living away from their families. Each en-suite room has a comfortable bed, ample storage space, a desk and a chair. You can also spend time in the communal space and get to know the other students who are staying in the same residence. The kitchens are fully-equipped to allow the students to dine in but when you’re too tired to make something, you can always order takeaway from the different restaurants around the property.
You can even throw together a weekend barbecue in the outdoor courtyard and townhouse gardens, if you’re in the mood for celebrations. And when the party is over, you can come back to the comfort of your own room and just unwind with your thoughts.

- 1. No Place No Pay – applicable to 1st-year students only. Proof of your rejection letter from the university or UCAS should be submitted with five working days.
2. No Visa No Pay. Submit your request to cancel with evidence within 5 days of your visa being refused.
3. 7 days Cooling-Off Period if you sign your agreement before 31st May 2021.
4. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, you can cancel your September 2021 booking before 31st May without penalty.
