The residence is just a few minutes’ walk away from Fountains roundabout and is just a stone’s throw from the bus stop from where you can get a bus to any part of the city. The accommodation is great for students who wish to not only learn within the confines of the lecture halls but also venture off into the city and explore the world on their own.
All the rooms in Fontessa House have been designed keeping in mind the needs of the students who have left their families behind to pursue their higher education. The kitchen include all the equipment from a microwave to a kettle. Each room has provisions for a study desk and a chair so that you can focus on completing your assignments and stay ahead of your class.
When you need a break from your studies and have no plans for the weekend, Chester Zoo is well worth a visit. Take your friends and have a gala time clicking selfies with your friends, and if you find some time, take some pictures of the animals too. If nature doesn’t bring out the animal in you, head on over to the bars and local restaurants and just enjoy your night-out. And when you come back to your place, just snuggle up in your blanket and drift off into a peaceful slumber.

2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.
3. The rent may be paid either in full or in 4 instalments with a UK based guarantor. However, the 2nd instalment may now be split into two parts- 50% to be paid on the original due date of the 2nd payment and the remaining 50% to be paid within 7 days of the tenancy start date.
4. A booking deposit of £100 must be paid in advance to secure a booking.
