Just as the name suggests, Paradise Student Village is a luxurious student accommodation in Coventry. Less than 10 minutes on foot from the Coventry city center, this student pad is located in an area where everything is just minutes away. Yes, even Birmingham is only 30 minutes away. The accommodation is only a 10 minutes’ walk away from Coventry University and 30 minutes away from the University of Warwick via public transport.

Public transport is certainly not an issue for those living at Paradise Student Village. The Gosford Street Bus stop is just 7 minutes’ walk away. You can board the bus from there and de-board at Lynchgate Road to reach the University of Warwick. The Coventry train station is also only just a 14 minutes’ walk from the residence.

The accommodation provides en-suite rooms. Each accommodation consists of either three or five rooms, which enables you to share your room with your friends. You can even get a whole apartment if you want to live with a group of friends. Getting the FRIENDS vibe already, right? Hold on there’s more. The accommodation has high speed Wi-Fi to keep you updated on your socials. There is a laundry, bike storage, lift and so much more. The common room has a gaming console and a large TV screen. So your lazy days can turn into a gaming championships or a cosy movie night with friends. How cool is that? The place is also getting a gym and outdoor social space in the summer of 2018, so it is going to be even more exciting to stay there.

Every day, jump out of the bed happy, do a little morning dance with your friends and take a nice long shower in your ensuite bathroom. Cook something easy breezy with them (we suggest banana pancakes and coffee) before you go off to attend classes. On a day off, do all your chores like laundry in the morning and relax in the social space with your friends throughout the day. Play a game of FIFA or binge watch the latest episodes of Black Mirror. As the night kicks in, go to Aardvark, an amazing student bar just 5 minutes’ away from the accommodation. Order some beers, burgers, pizzas and enjoy while the vibe.

Payment Info

The prices listed are per person, per week.
Rent can be paid via debit, credit cards or bank transfers.
Rent can be paid in 1, 3 or 10 instalments with no guarantor.
Booking can be done securely after paying an advance fee worth the first week’s rent. This fee will go towards the rent payment cycle, upon check-in.
A certain amount of security deposit is also required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing until 30th April 2024 without any penalty. From the 1st of May 2024 onwards and unless you have already collected the keys to the accommodation, you may cancel your booking by sending an e-mail to us at any time during the 7 days after you have accepted the offer online.
