Payment Info

1. Prices listed are for per person, per week.

2. Booking can be done via direct debit, recurring card or bank transfer.

3. Rent can be paid in four or monthly instalments with a UK guarantor. In the absence of a UK guarantor, rent needs to be paid in full, upfront.

4. No security deposit required to secure a booking.

5. A certain amount of advance rent (2% of the total rent) is required at the time of booking and will be deducted from the first rent instalment.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing at any time during the 7 days after you have received an email confirming that your booking is complete, provided that you have not collected the keys.
