No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa and University application have been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. You can cancel your booking during the last 45 days before the start of your tenancy with a cancellation fee of £18. 4. Also, the booking fee of £1 will not be refunded upon cancellation of your booking.
