Don Gratton House is an excellent student-specific accommodation which is readily available for students about to attend prestigious universities in London. Students have easy access to universities like King's College London (KCL), University of the Arts London (UAL), Queen Mary University of London (QMU), University College London (UCL), London School of Economics (LSE), University College London Hospital, and The School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS). Queen Mary University of London (QMU) is 12-minutes’ by public transport. This is a zone 1 student accommodation ideally located in Whitechapel, Central London.  

Don Gratton House provides excellent value zone 1 student accommodation. It is ideally located in Whitechapel allowing you to enjoy a central London living experience, whilst also being near to underground stations Aldgate East in Zone 1 and Whitechapel in Zone 2 tube stations, both of which are just a short walk away. There are also ample bus links nearby with The East London Mosque (Stop J) and the Altab Ali Park (Stop K) bus stops just 2-minutes and 4-minutes walk away respectively. The London city center is also a stone’s throw away. This student dwelling is also moments away from the attractions of London’s vibrant East End.

There are double ensuite rooms of great value, fully-furnished for you to be able to move straight in, with plenty of room for other favourite things to do to help find it easy staying away from home. All rooms here have their own private en-suite bathroom, giving you a little extra privacy. Students will be sharing a fully-fitted communal kitchen, dining and living area. The weekly kitchen cleaning service is also included in the rent. 

There are also communal facilities to make life easy when you live here with everything provided under one roof. You get an on-site laundry room, outdoor space with seating areas as well as a large common room for a relaxing break from studies. If you own a bike then will be glad to have a storage facility to keep it safe and secure. There is a dedicated on-site team who are available from 8am until 8pm; Monday to Friday to help you and cater to your queries. Rooms are equipped with a double bed, private en-suite bathroom, double wardrobe, and designated study space.
