    The University of Salford is located in Salford, Greater Manchester, close to the city centre which makes it a great place for students looking to balance their academic and social life.     The University of Salford boasts a main campus spread across 160-acres, located right alongside the banks of River Irwell. The university comprises 4 schools – the School of Science, Engineering and Environment, the Salford School of Arts, Media and Creative Technology, the School of Health and Society, and Salford Business School.
