How can University Living help?

University Living is an online platform that allows students studying abroad to find accommodation near their university of choice. It offers private off-campus accommodations close to the campus with fewer restrictions and many more options for the students.


What are the different types of accommodation?

Take your pick from shared and independent spaces, studios, and apartments depending on what kind of room type is more suited to you. There are also short-term stays available for students in summer school and exchange programs.


Is my student accommodation safe?

Yes, you can rest assured that the properties listed on the platform have been personally verified by the team or their representatives. There are also various safety measures in place, including CCTV, secure entry, and more.


Will I get cleaning and laundry services?

Most properties have an onsite laundry room which includes washing machines and dryers. Students are expected to keep their rooms clean while the communal areas are looked after by the housekeeping staff at regular intervals. If you’re not the kind that prefers to get their hands dirty, you can contact the reception for professional cleaning services at an extra fee.


Is there Wi-Fi available onsite?

What items should I bring while moving in?

Students are expected to bring their own bedding, kitchen utensils, cutlery, and bathroom essentials. If that’s too much, we’ve made some great friends who will deliver all these and more to your UK accommodation even before you move in!


What if I want to change my accommodation after moving in?

Although we try our best to find accommodation that meets all your needs, if you still don’t like your accommodation, we will try to replace your room within 30 days for nominal fee.


Can I sub-let my room for the time I am not staying there?

Absolutely not, sub-letting your room under no circumstances is allowed, so please refrain from doing that.


Do I have to vacate my room during holidays?

Never. Your room belongs to you for the entirety of your tenancy period!
