The View is a beautiful 18 storey tower, called as the blue tower by the Newcastle locals. The accommodation is arranged in 5 and 6 bedroom flats, offering a memorable living experience at a decent cost. The Leazes park is at the doorstep and you won’t run out of shopping options at Eldon Square.
The View has excellent connectivity to metro and bus stations with the rest of the city being an easy access from the property. Cycling to class can also be an option for the students as the accommodation offers secure bike storage facility.
With the property located at the heart of the city, you can shop to your heart’s content at the Eldon Square, take a stroll at Leazes Park, head to O2 Academy to listen to some awesome bands, or check out the Tesco Express Supermarket for your everyday needs. There’s a coin operated laundry service to take care of your clothes and linen.
For that great bonding sessions, you can head up to the games room where you can challenge your mates to a session of Fifa or WWE. Cook your favourite dish at the kitchen space and head up to the common TV room to catch up on a show, while having a comfortable dinner.

1. A security deposit of £100 (which will be adjusted against the rent) must be paid in advance to make a booking.
2. The rent may be paid either in full or in 4 instalments with a UK Guarantor.
3. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.
4. The listed prices are per person, per week.
Cancellation Policy
- 1. No Place No Pay – applicable to 1st-year students only. Have to furnish a written rejection letter from your chosen university /college or a screenshot of your UCAS status or a copy of the proof of acceptance to a new university by UCAS adjustment within 7 calendar days from the date your results are published or by 1st September (whichever date is the earliest).
2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request to cancel booking with evidence in writing that your Visa and University application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course (either remote study or on Campus).
3. You may cancel your booking within 48 hours provided you have made your bookings before the 31st July for the next ‘academic year’.
4. Any requests outside the above period will require you to successfully re-let your room only after which you will be released from the contractual obligations.
