Payment Info

1. The listed prices are per person, per week.

2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

3. The rent may be paid either in full or in 3 instalments with a UK guarantor.

4. An initial deposit of £150 must be paid to secure a booking and a deposit of £100 must be paid along with the first instalment.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay – applicable to 1st-year students only. Have to furnish an official university rejection letter or proof that the exam results don’t meet the requirements of the university. This should be submitted within 72 hours. 2. No Visa No Pay. Submit your request to cancel with the evidence of the refusal sent to us. 3. 28 days “cooling-off” period which allows you to cancel your booking and receive a full refund. 4. Although you are contractually bound to the tenancy and you can only be released after finding a replacement licensee who will take on the full rent liability.
