1. The listed prices are per person, per week.
2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.
3. The rent may be paid either in full or in 2 or 3 instalments with a UK guarantor.
4. Reservation fee of £100 must be paid in advance to reserve a room.This will be adjusted against the total rent.
5. A security deposit of £350 must be paid with the 1st rental instalment.
Cancellation Policy
- 1. No Place No Pay – applicable to 1st-year students. Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS should be submitted to cancel the booking.
2. No Visa No Pay. Proof should be submitted within 7 days of receiving official confirmation that the Visa was declined.
3. If there’s a delay of course, students can submit the updated course start dates within 7 days.
4. If a cancellation is requested after moving in, the student will be responsible for rent until a replacement tenant has been found.
