The Coventry University is only 20 minutes’ away from bus, whereas the University of Warwick is only 10. The Sainsbury’s Supermarket is also just 5 minutes’ away on foot.
The nearest public transport to Broad Lane House is the Broad Lane Bus stop, only 3 minutes’ walk away. The Canley Train Station is just 10 minutes’ on foot, from where you can take a train to cities like Birmingham (30 minutes) or London (1 hour).
This student accommodation has been newly developed and hence it has the latest interiors and superior features. You can choose to live in an ensuite room or shared room. The apartments have a fully functional shared kitchen, a common room with smart TV, large beds and spacious wardrobes. There is also superfast Wifi, so that you can do unlimited video calls to your family back at home. You don't have to worry about the dirty clothes as there is a laundry facility for that. The rooms also have a heating facility for the colder days.
Wake up to the beautiful sunrise of Coventry, do your fitness routine by either going swimming or work out in the Village Hotel, or you can also take a run around the block. Then come back, take a long shower in your ensuite bathroom, get dressed and make yourself some breakfast before you head out for a long day. Take a small walk to the Broad Lane bus station and board the bus to reach the Warwick or the Coventry University. On your days off, curl up in your bed and laze around re-watching Friends or Mad Men. The lounge area is great if you want to socialise with friends. Eating outside is a great options as well, McDonalds, Wing Wah Buffet, and The Farmhouse are just 5 minutes’ away.

2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.
3. The rent may be paid either in full or in 3 instalments with a UK guarantor.
4. An administration fee of £40 and a security deposit of £250 be paid in advance to confirm a booking.
Cancellation Policy
- 1. No Place No Pay – applicable to 1st-year students only. Have to furnish a written rejection letter from your chosen university /college within 7 calendar days from the date of results published and before 31 August of the year.
2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request to cancel booking with evidence that your Visa and University application has been refused. This should reach within 7 days of the letter date.
3. 7 days cooling off period provided you have not collected the keys to the accommodation.
4. If a student has contracted Coronavirus then AXO will release them from their contract.
