The nearest tram station is just a 10-minutes’ drive away while the Austin train station is just an 18-minutes’ drive away from the accommodation. International students will be glad to know that the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is just a 20-minutes’ drive away from the property. 

Keeping in mind the convenience of students all the rooms of Quad East are fully-furnished with a comfortable bed, ceiling fan, wardrobe, and a study desk and chair. Make use of the private study lounge when you need to prepare for a group project or work on your assignments. When you are tired of being holed up in your room, socialise with the other residents in the outdoor lounge spaces or play a game of billiards with your friends in the games room. Head to the fitness centre where you can run a lap on the treadmill or sweat it out by lifting free weights.
