Payment Info

  1. Prices listed are per person, per month.
  2. Payment can be made in 12 equal installments by online money transfer, credit/debit card, or ACH electronic checking. A convenience fee is applicable in the case of credit/debit card payments.
  3. Students need to pay an annual administrative fee of $125 and a $30 application fee at the time of booking.
  4. Residents have to pay the Utility/ Amenity Fee charges of $45.
  5. Residents need to provide a qualifying guarantor or pre-pay the final 2 installments within 7 days after a Housing Agreement is signed.
