Payment Info

  1. The listed prices are per person, per week.
  2.  The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.
  3. A Security Deposit equivalent to 4 weeks’ rent must be paid in advance to secure a room.
  4. The departure cleaning fee of A$150 per room is required.

No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking.
