Cancellation Policy

No Placement No Pay: You can cancel your booking before the lease starts by providing written notice at least 14 days in advance for monthly stays, or 7 days for daily stays (minimum 6 nights). Late cancellations will incur a fee of 3 nights (monthly) or 1 night (daily). No cancellations or refunds are allowed once the lease has commenced.
