The rent can be paid via setting up a standing order or receiving payment links.
Booking can be done securely after paying a refundable security deposit worth which vary from room type. For one bed apartment the deposit is £150 and for a room in three bed apartment the deposit is £350, which needs to be paid at the time of booking.
A UK-based guarantor will be required to make the booking. The guarantor should either be a UK homeowner or earn 5x income, which is the sum of an individual’s rent.
The rent can be paid in 4 instalments in the presence of a UK guarantor. In the absence of a UK guarantor, the rent needs to be paid upfront.
