Also, the University of Nottingham, Jubilee Campus is a 20-minutes’ walk away from the residence, saving you both time and money.

Apart from its close proximity to various universities, Graystacks is also quite well- connected to the entire city with excellent transport links. Nottingham Train Station as well as NG2 Tram Station are both an 18-minutes’ walk away from the residence which allows you ample opportunities to explore your surroundings. During the weekends, visit the Nottingham Castle Marina which is only a 4-minutes’ walk away and rent a boat, and try your hand at fishing or go ahead and shop to your heart’s content.

The accommodation offers the students a range of private rooms with a shared bathroom where two rooms share one bathroom. The rooms have been designed keeping in mind the comfort of students so they can peacefully complete their assignments on time using the high-speed Wi-Fi. You can also watch TV in the common living area or prepare dinner in the shared kitchen.

Organise study sessions with the other students when you need help with your presentation and if you’ve forgotten all about dinner, you can order food from the restaurants around the area. When it comes to dessert, use the microwave in the common kitchen and bake a fresh batch of muffins which you can share with your flatmates.     1. 14 days Cooling-Off Period to bookings during which time all monies paid are refundable. 2. Any requests outside the above period will require you to find a student to replace you, then the tenancy will be cancelled. All refunds will only be given when a suitable replacement is found.
