1. The rent may be paid either in full or in 3 instalments.
2. An advance payment of 2 weeks’ rent is required to secure a booking.

4. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay – applicable to 1st-year students. Proof of your rejection letter from the university or UCAS should be submitted. 2. No Visa No Pay. Submit your request to cancel with a copy of the rejection letter. 3. 5-day Cooling-Off Period if accommodation is booked prior to 25th May 2021. After the 25th May 2021, the Cooling-Off Period becomes 48 hours.
