Payment Info

  1. The prices listed are per person, per month.
  2. Rent is due on the 1st of every month even though there is a grace period until the 3rd. 
  3. Rent can be paid via credit card, debit card or e-check.
  4. An administrative fee worth $125 and an application fee worth $125 are required at the time of booking and a security deposit worth $200 are required at the time of booking.
  5. Also, an extra fee of $213 which includes $150 for Parking fee and $63 for conservice fee is required.

Cancellation Policy

If the student decides to cancel the lease, they will be required to pay the full amount. Alternatively, students have the option to sublet their lease, subject to a processing fee.
