Payment Info

  1. Prices listed are per person, per month.
  2. Payment can be made in 12 equal installments by online money transfer, credit/debit card, or ACH electronic checking. A convenience fee is applicable in the case of credit/debit card payments.
  3. After the signing of a Housing Agreement, residents are expected to fulfill one of two obligations within a period of 7 days: either provide a qualifying guarantor, typically a parent, or make advance payment for the remaining 2 installments.
  4. An annual administrative fee of $150 is required at the time of booking.
  5. A valet trash removal fee of $10 is also required. 
  6. Residents will be responsible for his or her pro-rata share of electricity charges during the term of the Agreement.
