Payment Info

  1. Prices listed are per person, per month.
  2. Payment can be made in 12 equal installments by online money transfer, credit/debit card, or ACH electronic checking. A convenience fee is applicable in the case of credit/debit card payments.
  3. An annual administrative fee of $150 needs to be paid at the time of booking.
  4. Also, a $30 application fee is required at the time of booking.
  5. Residents will be responsible for his or her pro-rata share of electricity and water charges during the term of the Agreement.
  6. Students need to pay a parking fee of $35 at the time of booking.
  7. Residents need to provide a qualifying guarantor or pre-pay the final 2 installments within 7 days after a Housing Agreement is signed.

Cancellation Policy

If a student ends up not getting their Visa, they don't have to pay and the lease will be terminated.
