Payment Info

  1. The prices listed are per unit, not per person. 
  2. Rent can be paid via check, money order, or through the online system in one, two or twelve equal installments. Cash is not accepted. 
  3. Renters insurance is required. The property provides their own mitigated risk for $12.95 a month. 
  4. There is a monthly $20 community fee, and an annual telecom fee due at the start of each lease term.
  5. App and admin fees are waived. 

Cancellation Policy

There is no cancellation policy. If you are wanting to end the lease early, you need to re-let and find someone to take over your lease. It is your responsibility to find someone, and you will be responsible for a relet fee of 85% of one-month.
