Payment Info

  1. The prices listed are per person, per month.
  2. Students need to pay a 2-month security deposit which is required for qualification unless they can add an approved guarantor who must make 3x rent, have an SSN, and pass our credit check.
  3. Rent can be paid via online credit/debit cards, Echeck, or money order/cashier's check.
  4. Students need to pay a $150 administrative fee and a $75 annual telecom fee.
  5.  A non-refundable $50 application processing fee is required for each applicant.
  6. Students need to pay Resident-registered parking is available at $75/month, and overnight parking is $10/night. 
  7.  Students need to pay a one-time pet fee of $250, a pet deposit of $300, and a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet. 
  8. Students need to pay a $300 relet fee and sublease for a $200 fee.
  9. Students need to pay electricity up to a $25 cap per bed space. Any electric usage over the $25 per bed space cap is not included.
