Payment Info

  1. Prices listed are for per person, per week.
  2. A booking fee equivalent to €150 will be required to secure the booking.
  3. Rent can be paid via debit or credit card payment through the resident hub or over the phone or in person.
  4. Atleast one month prior to your arrival, you need to pay a security deposit worth one month’s rent and a month’s advance rent payment as well.
  5. A fee between €25.00 and €55.00 for each week will be charged in addition to your weekly rent which covers Electricity, Internet and Waste.
  6. Rent is to be paid in monthly payments, Bi-weekly and full in installments for each month without Irish based guarantor.

Cancellation Policy

No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 14 days, once you have made the booking.
