  2. An Optional Parking fee of €25 is required.
  3. A booking fee of €195 is required at the time of booking.
  4. A one-month rent is required before the check-in.
  5. A Guarantee of €700 is required until 10 days after the reciept of the contract. However, €650 will be returned at the end of the stay and €50 will be deducted from the Guarantee for final cleaning.
