The prices listed are per person, per month.
Rent can be paid in monthly instalments between the 1st to 5th of each month via Bank Transfer, Direct Debit and card payments at the reception.
Booking can be done securely after paying a security deposit worth 700€ via bank transfer that is refunded at the end of the reservation except for a cleaning fee of 45€ and in case of any damage caused by the resident.
A 3% discount is applicable on bookings made with upfront payment.
No application fee is required.

Cancellation Policy

No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing at least 20 (twenty) days before the due date of the instalment of the Remuneration for the following month.
