Payment Info

2. Booking can be done securely after having paid a security deposit of €800 and one-month advance, 30 days before your arrival.

3. Rent can be paid in full or equal monthly installments through the Resident Portal, either by bank transfer or credit/debit card.

4. There is a non-refundable booking fee equivalent to €100 which has to be paid.

Cancellation Policy

1) No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2) No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3) Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within a maximum of 14 days from the signature date to the Start Date of the Agreement.
