With the bus stop just a 3-minutes’ walk away, those who study at the University of Exeter, Streatham Campus can just take a bus and reach their destination in under 20 minutes. The St James Park Train Station is also an 8-minutes’ walk away making it easier to travel to other parts in and outside the city.

The en-suite rooms are fully-furnished to the highest of standards so that the students feel like they are staying at home with their personal bed, a spacious study desk and storage for your belongings. Those who stay in the one-bedroom shared apartment have a shared kitchen and living space where you don’t just make friends but memories too. The rent can be paid in full with an international guarantor or upto 4 instalments with a UK-based guarantor. You can also choose a monthly instalment plan with a Housing hand guarantor.
An advance rent payment of £100 must be paid at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

1. 72 hours after an application form for cancellation is submitted on or before 31stJuly 2021. 2. Any requests outside the above period will require you to find a student to replace you, who in turn will need to comply with the tenancy agreement.
