If you cannot obtain a visa until 10th September 2022, we will cancel your booking and give you a full refund of the rent paid. We’d need proof that your University course has been cancelled and documentation that illustrates your failed visa attempt.

Travel restriction policy
If you cannot travel to the UK until 10th September 2022, we can cancel your booking and give you a full refund of the rent paid. To qualify, the UK Government must have suspended inbound travel from your home country, or the Government of your home country must have suspended all travel to the UK.
What do I have to do if I want to cancel my contract?
There is a standard 14-day cooling-off period from when you book your room. Within this period, you can cancel for a full refund. Past this, you are responsible for finding a suitable replacement (a student not already living at the property, who is attending a full-time course). Until a suitable replacement is found, you are liable for the rent owed, and once you’ve found a replacement you will have to make a £250 payment relating to the room clean and transfer of the lease.
If I don’t make the grade/get a visa/don’t go to uni/etc., do I get a refund?
If you are within the 14 day cooling-off period, you can cancel. Outside of this period, you will need to find a suitable replacement. Once this person has been found, they can take over your contract.
