  2. Booking can be done securely after having paid the advance rent.
  3. The rent can be paid in full with an international guarantor or upto 5 instalments with a UK-based guarantor. You can also choose a monthly instalment plan with a Housing hand guarantor.
  4. An advance rent payment of £250 must be paid at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

1. 72 hours after an application form for cancellation is submitted on or before 31stJuly 2021. 2. Any requests outside the above period will require you to find a student to replace you, who in turn will need to comply with the tenancy agreement.
