Payment Info

  1. The prices listed are per person, per week.
  2. Rent can be paid via credit card, debit card or bank transfers.
  3. An advanced rent worth £250 is required to make the booking.
  4. The rent can be paid in 4 or 7 instalments with a guarantor. In the absence of a guarantor the rent needs to be paid in full.

Cancellation Policy

No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period- A tenant may cancel the tenancy agreement within 7 days of signing the contract and paying the deposit unless you have already collected the key. Provided the request is submitted in writing and received within this cooling-off period. However, cancellations are not permitted if the tenancy start date has already passed, even if the request falls within 7 days.
