- Payment can be made in 12 equal installments by online money transfer, credit/debit card, or ACH electronic checking. A convenience fee is applicable in the case of credit/debit card payments.
- Students need to pay an annual administrative fee of $170 and a $30 application fee at the time of booking.
- For underground garage parking an additional fee of $125 per month and for covered parking $100 per month is required.
- Residents will be responsible for their pro-rata share of electricity, water and Gas charges during the term of the Agreement.
- Residents need to provide a qualifying guarantor or pre-pay the final 2 installments within 7 days after a Housing Agreement is signed.
