Payment Info

  1. Prices listed are per person, per month.
  2. Payment can be made in 12 equal installments by online money transfer, credit/debit card, or ACH electronic checking. A convenience fee is applicable in the case of credit/debit card payments.
  3. An annual administrative fee of $200 and an application fee of $30 are required at the time of booking.
  4. An additional valet trash removal fee of $10 is also required.
  5. Residents will be responsible for his or her pro-rata share of electricity and water charges during the term of the Agreement.
  6. No security deposit required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

If a student ends up not getting their Visa, they don't have to pay and the lease will be terminated.
