Cancellation Policy

No Place, No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. No Visa, No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused, and you no longer have a place on your course. Initial Cancellation Period/ Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel the booking by writing an email before your agreement start date, only if your visa is refused or your course admission is denied, with supporting documents, or any misinformation. Your booking will be cancelled for a full refund. If the residential agreement is not signed within 7 days, the holding deposit is non-refundable.
