Payment Info

  1. The prices listed are per person, per week. 
  2. Rent has to be paid fortnightly via Telegraphic transfer or Credit card. 
  3. Booking can be done securely after having paid an advance rent worth one week which will go towards the initial rent payment. 
  4. At the time of booking, a refundable bond deposit equivalent to two weeks' rent is required for an ensuite standard & 8-bed apartment. Likewise, for a studio & 2-bed apartment, a refundable bond deposit worth four weeks' rent is required. 
  5. An additional 55 AUD for shower curtain, mattress protector and a certain prepaid cleaning fee are required. 

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course.
