  1. The prices listed are per person, per week.
  2. Rent can be paid on a monthly basis via the direct debit form with UniLodge.
  3. A security deposit equivalent to 4 weeks' rent is required at the time of booking which is refundable.
  4. Also, an application fee of A$55, an administration fee of A$350 and an annual fee (Residential Life Program, Facilities, Damages) of A$180 are required at the time of booking.
