Also, Cork Airport is a 15-minutes’ car ride away from the residence. When you’ve run out of groceries, shop for the essentials at the nearest Aldi, which is a 15-minutes’ walk away.

2. The rent may be paid via cash, credit cards or bank transfer.
3. The rent may be paid either in full or in 2 instalments.
4. To secure a room the student must pay €100. A security deposit of €300 must be paid along with the 2nd-month rent on arrival date. Also, 4 weeks prior to arrival the student needs to pay his 1st-month rent.
Cancellation Policy
- 1. If booking cancelled after check-in then no refund available.
2. If booking cancelled up to 3-weeks prior to arrival then no fees charged.
3. If booking cancelled until 2-weeks prior to arrival then you will be charged €100.
4. If booking cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to arrival then you will be charged the first-month rent.
