With excellent transport links connecting the area to the city, travelling around is so quite easy. There are numerous bus stops near the property, with the closest being a 2-minutes’ walk away. A 22-minutes’ walk will take you to the nearest train station, Cork Kent station, so you can quickly plan a day trip to the nearby cities. International students will be glad to know that Cork Airport is only a 14-minutes’ drive away from the residence.

The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or direct bank transfers.
Rent can be paid in monthly installments without an Irish guarantor.
A Utility fee worth 48€ per week is added to your weekly rent.
An Advance Licence fee worth €300 is required to make the booking.
An Advance rent worth €99 is required to make the booking.

Cancellation Policy

1) No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2) No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3) Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - For bookings made prior to 1st May 2025, you can cancel your booking by sending us in writing at any time with no penalty up until the 1st May if you have not collected the keys to your room. For bookings made after 1st May 2025, this cooling-off period will be reduced to 14 days from the date on which you sign your Licence.
