Payment Info

  1. The prices listed are per person, per week.
  2. Rent can be paid via credit cards, debit cards or bank transfers.
  3. Rent can either be paid in four or monthly instalments with an international guarantor and Irish guarantor, in the absence of a valid guarantor the entire rent needs to be paid in full.
  4. Booking can be done securely after paying an advance licence fee worth 300€.
  5. Also, a utility fee of 48€ is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

1) No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2) No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3) Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - For bookings made prior to 1st May 2024, you can cancel your booking by sending us in writing at any time with no penalty up until the 1st May if you have not collected the keys to your room. For bookings made after 1st May 2024, this cooling-off period will be reduced to 14 days from the date on which you sign your Licence.
