Rent can be paid in termly/monthly instalments with a UK guarantor. In the absence of a UK guarantor, the rent needs to be paid in full, upfront.
Rent can be paid via Direct Debit or Bank Transfer.
A certain amount of advance rent (2% of the total rent) is required at the time of booking and will be deducted from the first rent instalment.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing at any time during the 7 days after you have received an email confirming that your booking is complete, provided that you have not collected the keys.
